About Acsis

Acsis Systems was founded in January 2024 by Alex Frank and myself (I’m keeping a low profile currently) The story really begins over 10 years ago where we met in high school, through Nashua’s extensive network of technology programs available to juniors and seniors. Nashua’s Technology Center, at Nashua High School South hosted the Machining Technology program. This was a two year program that was really the catalyst for this company coming to fruition 12 years later. In this class, we learned the basics of manual machining on Bridgeport mills and old engine lathes, as well as working with modern SOLIDWORKS and Mastercam.

From there we both seamlessly transitioned into Nashua Community College, where we received extensive training programming and operating ProtoTRAK and HAAS CNC machines. It was very clear to us that CNC was the future, all while also requiring manual skills to broaden our capabilities. Having learned these skills at such a young age really set us up for success in the trade. Meanwhile, we both worked part time and later full time at a CNC job-shop all through college, both graduating the Precision Manufacturing associates program. We hope to partner one day with NCC and return the favor in any way we can, as it is critical programs like this remain available to young students.

Fast forward several years, we joined forces after an extensive planning process, recognizing the different skill sets we both bring to the table. While some manufacturing companies may have a specific finite capability, Acsis excels at dealing with adversity.
